Board Members
The affairs of the corporation shall be under the direction of a Board of Directors (“Board”). The number, terms of office, manner of election or appointment and qualifications of the Directors shall be set forth in the Bylaws of the corporation, subject to the following limitations:

The number of directors constituting the initial Board of Directors shall be eight (8), one of whom must at all times be the Chief of Police of the North Richland Hills Police Department, who shall be a non-voting Board member; and

Following the term of the initial directors as specified in the Bylaws, such number of directors may be increased or decreased in accordance with the Bylaws.

Chief Jeff Garner was appointed in February 2025 as North Richland Hills Police Chief and is directly involved in the Foundation providing input and inspiration to meet the needs of the men and women of the North Richland Hills Police Department.
